Payment Plans
Beginning August 2021 we are going to ask parents to prepay for services except for drop-in care. We have multiple schedule options available for both before school and after school care and options based upon financial need. They are Full-Time, Part-Time and Drop-In. For each month parents can tell us which option they need. Full-Time kids can attend the program they're enrolled in anytime they wish with no additional charges. Part-Time kids can attend the program they're enrolled in for as many days at they are signed up for. If Part-Time kids attend more days that they're enrolled for then they'll be charged drop-in rates for the extra days. Drop-In kids only attend on an as needed basis.
The rules and stuff:
1. Payments must be made, in full, by the fifth of each month or parents will be called to pick up their students from the main office.
2. Accounts must be in satisfactory status or parents will be charged at the daily drop-in rate and a 5% monthly late payment fee.
3. The amounts listed are for 4 or 5 week months. Shorter months (August and June) will be charged differently.
